Jeff Dzierbicki – Director

Jeff has 19 years of experience in automotive logistics. He joined Rubicon VLS during its launch in June of 2015. Jeff is responsible for the overall operation of Rubicon VLS, overseeing multiple aspects of the finished vehicle logistics supply chain. Prior to working with Rubicon VLS, Jeff held various positions in finished vehicle transportation, intercontinental logistics, and warehousing, with Jack Cooper Transport, SAIC USA, and General Motors.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University with majors in Logistics Management and Marketing. He also has an MBA from the University of Michigan – Flint.

Mishael Lidster Bardoni – Group Manager

Mishael joined Rubicon in August of 2015, after spending more than 25 years in the automotive industry. She has worked with several OEM’s, including: Ford, Mazda, and GM. Her most recent tenure was at Insight Network Logistics (a subsidiary of Union Pacific Railroad) where her roles included: Director of Network Management & Supply Chain Visibility – supporting Fiat Chrysler; Director of Operations and Procurement – overseeing the company’s automotive remarketing business; and, Senior Manager of Regional Operations – overseeing Fiat Chrysler’s Automotive Network.

Her current role as Group Manager includes managing the day-to-day vehicle distribution operations of Fiat Chrysler’s Finished Vehicle Network.

Steve Gedeon – Group Manager

Steve has 15 years experience in the automotive logistics industry. He joined Rubicon VLS in July 2015 and is currently Group Manager, North American Operations. He oversees the distribution of finished vehicles for the FCA network. Prior to working at Rubicon VLS, he spent more than 25 years in a variety of roles, including: parts distribution, warehousing, and private fleet management working for Mercedes-Benz USA and Fresenius Medical Care.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

Josh DelCorvo – Group Manager

With more than 15 years of automotive logistics industry experience, Josh DelCorvo joined Rubicon VLS as a logistics manager in April of 2015 to assist with the launch of the company. Currently, he is Group Manager of the Operations Support and Planning team, supporting day-to-day operations for the FCA Finished Vehicle Network. Prior to his current position at Rubicon, DelCorvo held positions at Canadian National Railroad, General Motors, and Vector Supply Chain Management, gaining valuable experience in all facets of finished vehicle logistics. He also spent time consulting for Caterpillar, Inc., advising on the transportation activity during the construction of their green field manufacturing facility in Victoria, TX.

DelCorvo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Package Engineering with a focus in Automotive Packaging from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. He currently resides in SE Michigan with his wife and their three sons.
